Structural integrity reserve study (SIRS)
Also called: SIRS
A structural integrity reserve study, or SIRS, is a study of the structural components of a condominium or cooperative building, such as the roof, load-bearing walls, and foundation, that Florida requires for buildings of three or more stories. It informs how the association must reserve for those structural elements.
