Board meeting notice
Notice of each board meeting, with an agenda, must be posted in a conspicuous place in the community at least 48 hours before the meeting, except in an emergency. If notice is not posted in the community, notice must instead be mailed or delivered to each member at least 7 days before the meeting. A meeting at which special assessments, or amendments to rules regarding parcel use, will be considered requires 14 days written and posted notice rather than 48 hours.
